The power of the press is far from what it was, but the mainstream media is one of the pillars of the Democrat party and the power brokers of that party pay attention to media opinion. Doctor Jill has decided to stay, but clearly portions of the Party of the Jackass are determined to get Biden out. Nothing like a Democrat civil war to warm the cockles of my heart. Biden is likely a sure loser, and it is far from clear that any replacement would do better. But a chance is better than no chance. For the top Democrats this is not just an election. They decided to break all the rules fo the Republic and go after Trump with lawfare. They fear retaliation by Trump. Buckle up guys and gals, it is going to be a wild ride to election day.

Doe anyone other than Biden have delegates at the Dem convention? Usually he was uncontested in the primaries. Biden’s delegates have to vote for him on first round but second round they are released. It can be a free for all.
Kamala must be smoking less weed as she isnt laughing as much. She is very loyal to Biden so she has to lie about everything. Jill and she seem to be the only ones to say Biden won the debate. Missed seeing Carville’s post debate comments. He’s been very negative about the presidents campaign.
Just remember: Gavin Newsom, Michelle Obama, Kamala Harris, etc. are WORSE than senile incompetent Biden.
Newsom is unpopular even in California, the Obama who wore the pants in her family would sooner eat ground glass than run, Kamala is an unpopular idiot.
There’s all sorts of rumors flying around now that this is merely the negotiation stage. It is thought that “Dr.” Jill is trying to get all she can before giving the green light for Joementia to bow out, including possible legal immunity. How that can be promised…I don’t know. But then again, when hasn’t the DNC bent or broken the rules or laws?
But, your mileage may vary…
When all is said and done, the only thing the Jacka$$ Party candidate has to campaign on is “I’m not Trump.” After that, all they have is the cheat, or perhaps (for the conspiracy lovers) some kind of Black Swan or false flag event (which could both be the same event, actually) to create a basis for cancelation of the election. Would they really go that far? Would they knowingly trip the wire on Civil War II just to beat Trump?
It certainly will be a wild ride to Election Day. My sincere hope is that the Country has been paying attention to how the media lies and propagandizes, only in that way will Trump Derangement Syndrome be diminished.

For the first time in the last few years I have the feeling that the dems actually do not have a plan.
Contrast when they launched so many bogus charges against Trump at nearly the same time. It was clear then they had a plan and all of them, from judges, DAs, politicians and reporters, were in on exactly how it was supposed to go down. That plan didn’t go as well as they had hoped (though they did get their “convicted felon” card) but the coordination was clear.
Now? I can’t see one. If the plan was to ditch Biden, why force him through the primary process? If the plan was to keep him, why have him do a debate at all when it was clear that he would not be able to handle it? The fact that the moderators didn’t cover for him as much as they could have and the immediate negative reaction from the left after the debate suggests that they had planned to use the debate to ditch Biden. However, even the next day there were plenty of stories along the lines of “actually Biden’s performance was not as bad as people claim, and in his rally appearance today he’s as sharp as ever, and can you believe how much Trump lied?!” which suggests that they are still behind him, but then again you have stories like this one which suggest that they are ditching him.
The only thing that I can figure is that the plan was to stay behind Biden, but then something went wrong. Maybe Biden had an acceleration in his degeneration, maybe Jill Biden started making demands beyond what the left was willing to agree to, maybe someone behind the scenes saw the opportunity for a power play. But whatever happened it was unexpected enough that they didn’t get a plan together, nor were they able to coordinate the response.
It seems there are two factions within the Democrat party vying for control … One wants Biden gone, and the other needs Biden in.
