Something is rotten in the diocese of Mar del Plata. It has consumed the two bishops that succeeded Bishop Gabriel and now him after his appointment to the See of Plata.
Did he do anything wrong?
Seems like these cards are being played very close to the vestments.
I fear that abuse of minors or women or both is involved as it seems this is the only sins that send high prelates scurrying these days. Most other sins are winked at, or embraced.
We will hear more of this . As Benjamin Franklin said, “Two can keep a secret, if one is dead.”
I wonder what tomorrow’s PopeWatch will be about….

As almost always, the fact will eventually out. Would think it better to complete the process now, take the hit to reputations, and move on.
“Something is rotten in the diocese of Mar del Plata.”
Gee, ya think?
