Indeed- hasn’t he give ALOT of people work…and poured money into charities. You don’t need to talk the talk, you need to show your convictions through your actions.
I’m not saying the Usual Suspects are Bolsheviks, but they certainly use their tactics: loudly and ludicrously denounce the splinter in the adversary’s eye, ignore the beam in one’s own candidate’s eye.
If only it were the 1970’s again, before all of us thoroughly caught on to this despicable tactic of liberal churchmen and their advocates, these tweets might persuade some of their opponents…possibly.
I would note that the Almighty has used rather diverse persons throughout human history to his ends. Cyrus, Constantine, Pope Julius II, Francisco Franco and a number of others come to mind. On a personal basis, many had rather severe faults but a look back will see that they sided with heaven at critical times. This, rather in contrast to the many that put on a good face but simply move with the prevailing winds like a weathervane.
I’m not familiar with the confused Steve Millies, so I’m ready to charitably assume he’s just misinformed. But the smarmy Tony Annett (aka ‘Morning’s Minion’, banned from this blog as I recall) is an unapologetically intellectually dishonest shill for the very worst elements of the left— both in the Church and in American politics.

I am voting for Trump even if I must hold my nose to do so. BTW, all Trump’s sexual sins that the left constantly drags up? I am a submarine sailor and as such have got him beat. Not something to be proud of, but there it is. The Democrats can go straight to the inferno as far as I am concerned.

Seriously, though, Triggered Tony and his unironically named leftist “Catholic” buddies ought to be afraid of Catholic Vote, who are doing a bang-up job of fundraising, and are spending those funds in every critical district and precinct in the swing states. Their list of contributors, nearly all ordinary folks like us, grows by leaps and bounds each year. They are a force to be reckoned with, and are not subject to any party control, although they work with local organizations with similar interests. CV is helping faithful Catholics, the genuine kind, to cast their votes for the candidates most likely to act as a true Catholic Christian should.
