It’s not physical appearance @BrainDumpMinisteries. It’s chromosomal. Right down to the very moment the egg and sperm are fertilised.
A baby’s sex is determined at the moment of fertilization. Out of the 46 chromosomes that make up a baby’s genetic material, only 2 — 1 from the sperm and 1 from the egg — determine the baby’s sex. These are known as the sex chromosomes.
A simple Google search could tell @BrainDumpMinisteries that if basic 101 Science class didn’t.
And it is further solidified by the fact that men cannot biologically conceive and give birth. Like never. Ever. Growing boobs and wearing heels does not change that. It is they who manipulate physical appearance to determine gender identity.
