PopeWatch: Guess Which One is the Parody
Donald R. McClarey
Cradle Catholic. Active in the pro-life movement since 1973. Father of three, one in Heaven, and happily married for 41 years. Small town lawyer and amateur historian. Former president of the board of directors of the local crisis pregnancy center for a decade.
Weiss’ take is too idiotic to be parody.
This all sounds too much like a cunning version of, “Oh come on, a little bite of that apple won’t hurt ya at all.”
The hardened feminist that writes for US Catholic isn’t parody.
I want no part in your “humanistic ethics”
The choice between following the wisdom of God and the wisdom of man is like the choice between following the guy with a flashlight or a guy with none but ” is sure it will be fine”
The nihilism wrapped in nice of humanistic ethics can (and will) go to Hell!
Both are typical leftist malarkey with a microscopic veener of Christianity!
Both parody, both truth. Neither writer will spend time in an eternal hell because it isn’t; and so long as they don’t accept church teaching or attend The Mass, they will receive divine/jorge mercy. Request for more info: is either writer in a public virtuous, adulterous or loving, virtuous voluntary-homosexual-actions relationship? Guy, Texas
“Outdated theology”? Yeah because God is no longer the same yesterday, today and forever I guess. Liars and blasphemers galore!
Humanistic ethics is as reliable as Joe Biden’s memory.
Weiss is paraphrasing Jorge.
