More detailed review next week, but I wanted to warn off people from giving their money to this Napoleonic stinkeroo. That revolving sound you hear is the corpse of Bonaparte at this insult to his memory. Much more amusement from the below, and almost as much edification about Napoleon:
I’m so disappointed. Have been wanting to watch this for a while. This weekend was the plan, but not so sure now…. I knew they would focus on Napoleon and Josephine relationship with some creative freedom, being a Hollywood interpretation. But I would have hoped it stuck to Napoleons goals and his character as a personality in history. Might wait for it to come out on a streaming service I think..
It should have been entitled Josephine and Napoleon, because that was the entire focus.
