As always, VDH is spot-on. If we ever have a less feckless, corrupt administration in Washington, it would do well to attend to what Hanson has to say.
As for our current rulers, their administration is just a grotesque cocktail of stupidity, cupidity, arrogance, and indifference to the human cost of their bad decisions.

Some way and some how our military is going to get pulled into this mess and have to really fight something bigger than a pronoun or climate crisis. Thanks Milley for giving away the weapons that allowed this tragedy to happen. Our military pseudo leaders should take the Japanese disgraced option and end themselves.
