People enmeshed in transgenderism, who truly believe they are in some sense intended to be the opposite sex, have my sympathy as do most people struggling with mental illness.  However, a lot of people are making bank on these sick people.

The smart money says about 96% of them would disappear into the ether if the medical profession just told them no and governments debarred these sorts of mutilations and poisonings. This is a manufactured problem. The apex and center of the medical profession are just contemptible, as are many street-level practitioners.

Ivan Ilich may have been an elegant crank, but he kind of had a point.

Yeah …So much for “do no harm”

CAG.

It’s so sad.
I think that today’s doctor’s have a misunderstanding of the oath.

It’s not that they are given a free pass to be hypocrites, which it sure looks like today.

To help them remember;

Primum non nocere is the Latin phrase that means “first, do no harm.” This is a commonly taught principle in healthcare. In fact, the Hippocratic Oath, taken by doctors, promises they will abstain from doing harm to their patients.

Philip, sadly, the Hippocratic Oath is now no longer even considered valid, much less required, by most “schools of medicine”, the latter being yet another term that’s lost its meaning. Even a cursory search will reveal piece after piece arguing, with high-sounding yet hollow phrases, why the Oath is “no longer relevant” in today’s we-are-our-own-God society.

Satan laughs with delight.

I have left instructions in my will and accompanying documents that if I am mentally incapacitated, I am to be removed from any medical or nursing facility and allowed to live out my days at home. I no longer trust anyone whose income depends on my remaining “under care.”

Thank you Frank for the disappointing explanation.

Abortions – mutilations – no wonder people are killing themselves at alarming numbers.

No hope.

Satan is laughing indeed.

Suicide up 16%

Just give it a few more years and watch it climb as children who were mutilated realize what a mistake they and their parents made.
Transgendercide.

From 2011 to 2022, over half a million lives (539,810) were lost to suicide, with 2022 showing the highest number of deaths on record. Within this period, the adjusted suicide rate increased by 16%. Recognizing the mounting mental health crisis and demand for accessible crisis care, the federal government introduced a new crisis number, 988, available nationwide in July 2022

(I’m sorry. I lost the source.)

And just think, Philip, the number of suicides was that high in COVID years. You know, when any death occurring with the virus present was a “Covid related death”. So, tragically, the number is likely higher.
