@DavidWS, my first thought, exactly. Biden will be allowed to cop a plea and resign. Then all the guns turn back to Trump while the Dems decide whom to anoint at their convention.
IMO, the puppetmasters are his minders. They’re facing other factions in the Democratic Party / federal apparat who have cards they can play and want him gone.
And now it becomes obvious that this was the plan from the get go–to dump old Joe near election time, so that the real untouched clean candidate can step in to save America. And now we see all the wasted work going after Joe instead of getting the entire left, Joe’s handlers/Obama? the NWO, WEF, the big buck guys etc., that have really been running (oops ruining) the country.
With all due respect to those who differ, it appears the the move to dump Biden will come during the otherwise “no news” holiday season. This will be followed in January by increasing noise by a female and/or minority candidate possibility. The present VP will simply be part of a no news campaign to avoid confusing the loyal party voters.
If Harris is thrust into the Presidency by a Biden resignation ,or worse which I hope not, she will feel entitled and very difficult to dislodge without alienating the black vote for Democrats. If Harris is not given the nomination, Democrats would almost have to replace her with another black woman to ensure the allegiance of black voters. On removing Biden early: be careful what you wish for.
