The Governor of New Mexico has just declared the 1st & 2nd Amendment “does not exist” due to an “emergency.”
Under this legal theory *all* of our “rights” are essentially eliminated.

The attempt to call the use of firearms by criminals a health emergency is hilarious. It is actually a government incompetence emergency: A failure to provide adequate policing, adequate punishment for convicted criminals and adequate mental health facilities to lock up the dangerously insane. Tyrants like the Governor of New Mexico are precisely why the Second Amendment exists. See you in court Dictatrix.
Of course, it’s sad ( and almost pointless) to say, but Gov. Lujan Grisham was raised Catholic and originally had a good Catholic education, at least through high school.
But the politically connected Lujan family are modern Democrats after all. She is a rubber stamp for the most radical Left experiments using New Mexico as a docile testing ground.
Needless to say, the Democrat political establishment in NM are also simultaneously moving rapidly in the public education system with the most extreme child innocence-tampering legislation as well.
