The cop’s “offense” was holding the crowd back.  The Judge is a disgrace.

“The Judge is a disgrace.“

I told you that back during the Chauvin trial when I said Chauvin’s attorney didn’t request a bench trial probably because he arrived at that same conclusion back then.

The Judge will be judged, and mercy given out to him as he himself gave mercy.

He’s probably an atheist.

It feels like we’re in one social media psych op after another:
Covid
Russian collusion
George Floyd
Hunter Biden laptop
Climate change

What this indicates is that the Minneapolis trial judiciary consists of those unfit for their positions. Here’s a question. Are there any judges who arrived at their positions via the Democratic Party conduit who are fit?

The Minneapolis PD would normally see 40 separations each year— by either retirement, transfers, death or firing. At the beginning of 2020 the city had roughly 900 officers. Now there are only about 540. So not only is the rate of separation jumped up to 3x its pre-Floyd level, but evidently those departing officers are not being replaced— neither by graduating cadets nor by transfers in.

If I was a Minneapolis LEO and I saw how how officer Thao was treated, I’d get out of there too if I hadn’t already. And if I lived in that city, I’d consider moving away, because this will not end well.

What should Mr. Thou have done? I suppose the police department have a policy on how to handle a situation where your fellow office is committing a crime in the process of his/her duties. Was Mr. Thou obliged to pull his fellow officer off on Mr. Floyd? Radio in? Allow the crowds to interfere with the offending officer? What?

You’re assuming this controversy has concerned the conduct of the officers while Floyd was being detained. The actual complaint is that Floyd was a higher status person being detained by lower status persons.

Mumia Abu-Jamal declared himself a sovereign nation of one person. Jamal executed two police officers in the back of the head for violating his sovereign nation of one person while he forced them to lay in the street.
All sovereign persons are sovereign nations even sovereign universes, especially peace keeping officers as sovereign nations in a sovereign nation.
George Floyd was a sovereign nation of one person as were the peace keeping officers, as sovereign nations in a sovereign nation.
And only our Founding Principles acknowledge “their Creator” endower of all sovereign personhood from the every first moment of each and every sovereign person’s existence. Any claims otherwise are perjury.

Another word about sovereignty. The person defines his sovereignty by depending upon God, The Infinite Supreme Sovereign Being, “their Creator”, and “divine Providence” of the Declaration of Independence through an intimate personal relationship.
Some individuals believe that sovereignty is gotten from the sovereign nation. This is untrue. The sovereign personhood endowed by “their Creator” at the very first moment of a person’s existence, and God keeps all things in existence from one instance to the next, institutes the sovereign nation, again, The Declaration of Independence.
A single soul has sovereign personhood.
The criminal who abuses his sovereignty to crush other sovereign persons through homicide in the first degree, assault and battery, sexual abuse, waging war and all other crimes especially perjury, will have temporal punishment due even after forgiveness in the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Capital punishment, the death penalty is temporal punishment for homicide in the first degree.
There would be no death, war, hunger and pestilence if every sovereign person keeps his sovereignty.
