Cradle Catholic. Active in the pro-life movement since 1973. Father of three, one in Heaven, and happily married for 43 years. Small town lawyer and amateur historian. Former president of the board of directors of the local crisis pregnancy center for a decade.
Klement was the younger brother of +Andrei Sheptytsky, who was the head of the Ukrainian Catholic Church for over 40 years, until his death in 1944. Shortly after that the church in Ukraine was forced underground. Almost all of its bishops and many clergy and religious either died or were sent to camps in the Soviet Union. +Klement died at age 81 in a Soviet prison. They were both very remarkable and brave men. This fellow was just one of many Jews saved by the brothers
