This Lent, I’m on an internet abstinence (i.e. partial fast). However my Good Lady pointed out an article on a giant solar flare that occurred recently. Had this not been on the opposite side of the sun from us, we might have had an enforced internet fast. As it was, the orbits of several Space X satellites have been disrupted.

When the cup of inequity has overflowed it’s capacity we very well could be on the receiving end of a Solar belch.
As morals plummet the indigestion increases. The burp heard around the world…that’s a great reset!

There is a thing S0 explains as the “earth facing quite”. It is an observation that many flares have been away from earth and when the sunspots have come to our side they have largely (not all) stabilized. They hypothesis it is a consciousness from the earth affecting the sun (I think the owner of S0 is part pagan and part Christian – much like 90% of “Christians” around us, even many so called Catholics). I think he’s onto something here, but it’s the “consciousness” per see of proper prayer and repentance that the Trad’s and Orthodox are stepping up with now (in my opinion) – so it’s really God -or- you may say the “katechon”.
With that said, I think this is God’s plan. I think once AI or something like digital currency/mark of the beast goes to far he will unleash a Carrington type flare to us again (we are quite due). I think this will likely come in 2025 or 2027.
But what’s worse is the 12000 sun cycle where a micro-nova will be unleased. That is probably going to occur in 2033, but more in general can happen anytime between a few years from now or into the early 2040’s. How our Lord will protect us from that is up to us and our sack-cloth and fasting repentance (so I think it will be bad the way we are going).

Last night we had clear skies and the Aurora Borealis was exceptional.
The Sun is very active. It’s a rarity to have them at the 45th Parallel. What a show.
