Even though nothing is more predictable, it's still kind of stunning to watch CNN invent new jargon, and invite on "experts," to tell the country that it's totally common for classified information to be casually tossed all over town and hidden in garages. No big deal at all: https://t.co/LyNbxUMxKw

Going after Trump for classified documents was always completely phony, considering the passes given in this area to prior Presidents and their cavalier handling of classified documents out of office, but this reaction to DocumentGate indicates just how farcially Orange Man Bad this exercise in Deep State vendetta was. I often find Trump intensely annoying, but he fulfills well his historical function of revealing just how many people at the top of our country are without principles to speak of beyond a desire to remain in power at all costs, the country be damned.
I’ve met more than a few never Trumpers and I’m still amazed how they aren’t bothered in the slightest by their own hypocrisy in trying to take him down. Heck, they won’t even admit to even a tinge of it. Bottom line to them, the world has never seen an evil so great and any means are moral in the cause to grind him to dust.
I’m with you, FOS. I simply can’t understand the source of the intense hatred, other than the Father of Lies himself.
New York Times go in on it too.

They gave it away with the last sentence:
Summed up elsewhere as:
“Look, the point is he’s guilty no matter what. If he’s not guilty of committing a crime, he’s guilty of depriving us from a crime to charge him with, which is even worse when you really think about it.”
“Show me the man, and I’ll show you the crime” – Josef Stalin
