My wife has a fixation on disasters half a world away and spends too much time listening to Glenn Beck’s daily forecasts of doom. My nearly 15 year old son dislikes school as much as I did but will not listen to the fact that good grades will open more doors for opportunity and success than bad grades. May e these are just crosses to bear and I have never been good at that.
