Vehicular Homicide?

Go here to read all about it.  The British media is covering this story even if ours is not.  Vehicular homicide is a farcial charge in this case.  This isn’t a case of driving under the influence and hitting and killing a pedestrian by accident.  This murderer has already admitted using his vehicle to deliberately kill his victim.  He should be immediately charged with first degree murder and his bond revoked.

Foster County where this farce is playing out has all of three thousand people.  The local state’s attorney, who sells lipstick on the side, is obviously way over her head, and the North Dakota AG needs to do his phony baloney job and intervene to bring the legal horse power necessary to properly prosecute this admitted murderer.

Another RINO occupying a state level elected office. Maybe worse than a Soros-funded Democrat.

The speculation I’ve seen is that the judge knows the family of the accused, so did them a favor.

North Dakota has a peculiar system where they have eight jurisdictions and each has a corps of trial judges who hear every kind of case. The prosecutor is part time and makes her primary living in private practice in the next county. There are no judicial chambers in Foster County so the proceedings would be in the next county as well.

The individual trial courts handle on average 2 or 3 homicide cases a year. Would wager that 90% of the homicides they do handle consist of domestic disputes and bar fights. Wouldn’t surprise me to discover the prosecutor has handled a few rape cases and some aggravated assaults, but otherwise no serious crime.
