Taiwan was made Christian by Saint Francis Xavier. If West Taiwan is Christian, that is a good thing.
I’m all for the one-Taiwan policy 😀
If only.
THE US is under the thrall of evil persons who are wholly-owned by the CCP.
Nancy Pelosi is a trouble-making weasel. A dangerous self-serving individual.
So she has decided to gift herself a junket to Taiwan to meet her annual foreign trip quota (of all places) and risk an international fiasco whereby China will rob the rest of the world vital resources they need for their economies to function. If chip production halts because of Pelosi charade, then it’s effects will be worse than the Covid lockdowns. Only a bona fide narcissist would do what she did. She has no purpose for this trip other than to meddle in an issue she has no purpose and no reason to meddle in. She is merely a Speaker of the House last time anyone checked (and an incompetent on at that). Utterly appalled by this.
Nancy’s husband has recently invested heavily in the semiconductor industry … If chip production goes down, the price goes up, as will the value of the stock.
If chip production goes down, the price goes up, as will the value of the stock.
That’s not been the case.
People stop buying the product. Manufacturers reduce production. Chip manufacturers reduce production, and sales of chips go down. Chip stocks consequently, go down. That’s what’s been happening in the market since mid-2021. The Pelosi’s are playing with people’s livelihood.
That’s not been the case. People stop buying the product.
People can’t stop buying semiconductors … they’re in everything.
Demand cannot decrease, but supply could.
New cars are a perfect example. They use chips. Prices of used cars has soared because of increase demand because people don’t want to wait for a new car because of the shortage of chips. Demand for new cars decreases. We run a fintech technology distribution business and shortage of chips has caused supply chain issues for us. People don’t want to wait for the machines. They service their existing ones. No need for new chips. Google the countless articles on this.
No new cars, no new computers, no new phones, no new televisions, stereos, toaster ovens, cash registers, credit cards, coffee pots, BBQ grills, lawn mowers, traffic lights, water purification systems, food processing and refrigeration equipment …
Yeah, that’s gonna happen.
I would say that this knockout shot from Alex Jones check all the boxes of being concise, charitable, above all amusing.
