The Representative of Washington DC to Wyoming
- Donald R. McClarey
Donald R. McClarey
Cradle Catholic. Active in the pro-life movement since 1973. Father of three, one in Heaven, and happily married for 43 years. Small town lawyer and amateur historian. Former president of the board of directors of the local crisis pregnancy center for a decade.
Her maternal uncle lives in Casper; his daughter lives with her husband and children in Cody. She and her husband own a vacation property in Teton County which the two of them and their oldest daughter use as a voting address. Her mother and father do the same. Teton County is the only Democratic county in the state. That’s her current connection to Wyoming. Wilson, Wyoming, where the Cheneys and Perrys have property, is a village where the number of residences exceeds the number of domiciled households by about 40%. The income level of those domiciled there exceeds that of Aspen.
The question is will she still be re-elected? The power of incumbency results in their being re-elected 90% of the time.

So what? The surveys taken in Wyoming show her losing to her primary opponent by a 2:1 margin.
Since the execrable Cheney is losing to her primary opponent 2:1 in the polls, there may be another explanation for the massive out-of-state contributions to her war chest. It could be that a large part of that $10 million wasn’t given with the real expectation she’ll win re-election, it’s payment for services rendered on the January6 Commission and elsewhere.
I also expect her to land an extremely lucrative deal for a ghost-written ‘autobiography’ no one buys.
Good riddance, and may she choke on her campaign contributions.

More likely a polemic. Cheney’s been married for 30 years and has five children; that’s the appealing part of her. Her known family problems begin and end with her little sister being in a long-running snit about big sister refusing to endorse homosexual pseudogamy. Her sister, a business apparatchick who appears to specialize in marketing and corporate communications, issued a memoir 15 years ago consequent to exhibitionism conjoined to the willingness of Simon & Shuster to pay her a seven-figure advance for a book that did not sell 10,000 copies. Liz Cheney’s husband is an echt exemple of the Washington nomenklatura and if they’re prudent they will not be shining a light on that. In any case, they’re a household that can afford to drop $2 million on a second home, so they don’t need Simon & Shuster’s swag.
Outside The Matrix, we see her [and her father, the Bushes, Romney, Kinzinger, et al] as what is wrong with the Republican Party.
Plan and prepare for the populist tsunami.
PS: In September I’ll be married [to one each woman no less] for 44 years.
