Funny how the people who find the phrase “all lives matter” offensive are obsessed with turning the pro-life movement into the All Lives Matter movement. Also funny is how the left’s intersectional approach is coming back to destroy it. I’d argue that the new pro-lifers who want to adopt that approach are trying to destroy the pro-life movement by having it adopt the left’s intersectional approach, but they’re not smart enough to think up something like that.
Remember that time Pope Francis’ home country legalized abortion and he barely did anything about it?
For many people, Catholicism is just leftism with extra steps.

An excellent observation, and for the same reasons. Widening the focus to “All lives” dilutes and diverts the focus away from the group in need of protection. BLM wants the focus only on black lives. The pro-abort crowd wants to deflect attention away from vulnerable innocent children.
2nd Amendment?
There’s nothing anti-life about defending your own life, defending others, and a bulwark against totalitarianism.
