Go here to read an article on the movie 2000 Mules. This of course is why Democrats in the aftermath of the election fought tooth and mail against ballot signature matches of alleged voters. Mail out ballots to every voter, with many of them being thrown out because the voters had long ago moved, and ballot fraud was a piece of cake in 2020, so long as you had unattended ballot drop boxes just waiting to be stuffed. For those of us who believe the 2020 Presidential election was stolen, we don’t know the half of it yet.

The new tack will be to get Democratic operatives on the federal bench to throw out ballot security measures on spurious grounds. Coronavirus hasn’t been receding as rapidly as the Spanish flu did in 1919 / 20, but the decline in the global death toll over the last 7 weeks has put the world in territory it hasn’t seen for two years. Also, judging from the local grocery stores and restaurants in my deep blue neighborhood, most people are simply inured to it by now. The teachers’ unions (using the CDC director as a sock-puppet) won’t be able to clear their inventory of panic porn.

Just as the Democrats won in 2020 by deceit, fraud and cheating, so in 2022 will they again try to win by deceit, fraud and cheating. I hope they lose. Time will tell. I am not holding my breath.

If previous experience holds, our best guess is that the case count might peak around the 9th of August and the death count around the 23 of August. One vector in 2020: the retreat to air conditioned rooms indoors in Texas et al; two vectors in 2021, air conditioning and the Delta variant. The air conditioning wave you’re going to see every year; a variant more transmissible and more virulent at the same time is possible but atypical.
Note what we’ve seen in the USA since 2 April 2022: a 2.33x increase in the (7-day) moving average of the case count. The increase in the ICU census of COVID patients began to increase on 18 April 2022 and has increased by just 1.2x. The increase in the (7-day moving average) daily death toll in that time has been nil. The daily death toll is still declining.
