Our adversaries are laughing at us. The comments to this atrocity were scathing. Go here to read them.
Good luck, Taiwan. Looks like you’re gonna need it…
The comments are uniformly scathing. It gives me hope. So to does the fact my co-counsel and I won a Preliminary Injunction yesterday against the Air Force in Doster v. Kendall, Case No: 1:22-cv-84. The decision is well worth reading, if only because very few in government service talk like this Judge writes. He quotes George Washington. He also quotes one of my Catholic clients, a decorated combat pilot, who testified he would “much rather go to prison” than compromise his conscience because a lot of saints went to prison, “so I’m willing to do that”. This country won’t be lost without a fight.
You do the Lord’s work F7. As a fellow attorney, and a veteran (peace time and comical), I salute you!
Thank you. We have a class petition pending and I think we have a decent chance of getting that relief. The service members who refused the vax truly have had a tough time of it, even getting threatened with Leavenworth in some cases. So, they all deserve to get relief. Ultimately, this vaccine issue will be decided by SCOTUS, and the law really is on the side of religious liberty. We just need 5 Justices to agree.
