During the 2020 campaign, a sign was prominently displayed in the front yard of a house across the road from the golf course where I spend much of my time these days. It was large, about three by six feet, and it bore the legend “Country Over Party” above the official “Biden-Harris” campaign logo.
I have toyed with the idea of knocking on the door and politely asking the inhabitants how they are feeling right now about their country and their entirely useless party. I may yet do it.
I can’t help but notice that it would seem among the above signs of dementia would also be a consequence of social media causing data overload for people.
Or at least, I notice myself inching closer or further away from that list depending on how much time recent time I’ve spent on the internet.

Interesting. I’m finding after each child that kids kill brain cells too. 😂 But I tell myself at least they’re worth the sacrifice.
