Just walked through the protest on Parl Hill tonight and I spoke to two guys carrying fuel containers past police. The Police Chief said protestors would not be allowed to bring fuel to tricks but these two said police aren’t bothering them at all. No enforcement. #cdnpoli pic.twitter.com/4IekJZsYF0

Great news. It seems the rank and file of the Ottawa Police have a bit more sense than their commanders. Now if the Little Fascist would only gain some wisdom, this whole thing could end peacefully.
There are outraged!!!1!1 videos of people walking in with bags, and the trucker looks up and asks the cop “no rule against doing laundry, right?” and the cop laughs and agrees. 😀
A judge banned honking for the next week or so. I expect the truckers to give the judge Andrew Jackson’s response.
Actually, although I support the truckers, I support the residents on this one. I wonder if anyone tried working out a compromise before heading to court, though.
If the residents are anything like the people I know in the Twin Cities, who are complaining about the horror of the mere thought of honking but were fine with buildings being burnt down mere blocks from where they live, then I have zero sympathy for them.
I imagine there are some people in Ottawa who realize the insanity of what has led up to this, but most of them probably support the truckers.
I heard they have cowbells and whistles now since the judge said no honking.
Go truckers! Freedom Convoy 2022
Southcoast , the protesters did agree to not honk at night but the judge said none at all.
Selected enforcement of the law visits the shocked left wing.
I’ve been reading coverage about the Freedom Convoy by Nick Arama on redstate.com. He’s in touch with Canadian journalists on the truckers participating in this convoy.
We were told that re-patriation of the constitution to Canada from Britain would protect Canadian rights by having the process at home rather than the British monarchy. Got that one wrong also.
