She is wonderful. I’m sure there are many more like her. The thing is the good teachers are usually snapped up by schools with fee paying parents and it lifts the standard. And that’s usually at the discretion of the School Principal who directs the type of hiring in Private schools. Not the board, the executive committee or the administration. It really starts from the leadership of the school and flows down. Good teachers are really worth their weight in gold.
