From my brief check-in at Legal Ins, the cross-exam seems to be doing some damage to Grosskreutz, who is coming across as evasive. Admitting to lawyering up and ending his police interview in the hospital was…probably unhelpful to the prosecution’s cause.
I was surprised Dale that the direct of Grosskreutz was as brief as it was. I am watching the cross now and it is devastating.
