Untrue Nate. They are in panic mode. The GOP do themselves and the nation a mortal disservice in simply assuming that elections are going to be stolen. This type of pernicious rubbish needs to be stopped. All it does is depress Republican turnout, and favors the macho fantasies of idiots who hunger for a civil war. Such a thing may ultimately come, but if it does it will be a waking nightmare for all concerned.
In Virginia Republicans are pro-active. They have people watching drop boxes 24/7.. They have a cadre of sharp lawyers assembled because they expect McAuliffe to cry foul if Youngkin wins. McAwful has a history of doing that and he has engaged for $50k a well known lawyer in that field.
A lawsui was brought against Fairfax County because a new election official told his workers to disregard (commit a crime) incomplete information on ballots. Only the state Assembly can change election processes. The county lost. Republicans for a change have encouraged early voting in person rather than absentee mail in ballots. When a voter votes early in person there is no way an absentee ballot can be used. Also their name is taken off the call lists of both parties. Virginia is using paper ballots again because of big problems with machines in past elections.
