The Science is Settled

Climate change and Covid are propaganda tools to induce fear for the purpose of population control.

Don’t make me cut/paste the long list of all the apocalyptic predictions they screamed about when the World would end if we didn’t act.

When I was a kid, I’d sometimes buy and build airplane models.

Those little plastic models were better than their rigged climate hoax ones.

Modelers are worse than statisticians: they can use to get what they want to get to any assumptions, estimates, forecasts, etc. their little, dishonest hearts desire.

Here is the real world. Ice and snow aren’t disappearing. Whole nations are not being flooded out of existence. Barack Hussein Osama lives in an ocean-front mansion.

Their grants depend on alarmism. It would be really interesting to see a little evidence . . . some day.

“The second enabler has been the perfecting by the political class of telling the big lie and being believed. The dry run was climate change. The pandemic, like climate change, would simply not be believed to be a real thing without the daily banging on about threats, fear, death. Would anyone on earth believe there was a dangerous (dare one say ‘unprecedented’) sea-level rise if we weren’t told about it by a so-called expert every other day? Do most people even know someone who has died of Covid? Or even got sick from it? The big lies – masks work, lockdowns help stem the virus, distancing and endless handwashing are necessary, vaccines will save us and nothing else will – are able to be told and believed because the political class know now how to do it well. We know they lie, make stuff up, gild the lily, exaggerate their ability to change things through policy, cover up, refuse freedom of information requests, bribe journalists in myriad ways, ignore hard questions, speak in Sir Humphrey-ese, brazen things out, never apologise or admit error. It is just that now, in addition to lying to cover up failings for which the elected might be punished, they tell massive lies that wreck economies and trash communities and societies. Without blinking. Many people still believe in the inherent goodness of politicians, who are doing all this to ‘save’ us. We are that gullible, and they are that good at lying.”

Of course climate change is real. When the Romans colonized Britain they brought grapes and grew vineyards. Now England’s climate is too cold for wine production, and has been for a millennium.
Greenland used to be green when first discovered, and now it’s largely under a massive glacier.

Milankovitch cycles, geography and continental drift, solar storms, volcanic activity— all of those things have been changing climate millions of years before men harnessed hydrocarbons.

The forces behind climate change are far beyond our present ability to control or reverse, and will be until the day we can control the motion of earth’s tectonic plates and alter Milankovitch cycles.

David WS, If you give my post another look you’ll see I was referring to England, not New England.

But I believe we agree that anthropogenic climate change has yet to be demonstrated to exist.
Ice ages and warm cycles have come and gone on this planet for millions of years, without our puny contributions. Imagining that whether or not men drive a Lincoln or a Prius makes a bit of difference requires a combination of hubris and hysteria.
