Did you catch this? BTW, this is Vermont, a state with few blacks. The Governor is a ‘Republican’. I can think of no better indication that what Glenn Reynolds calls ‘the administrative class’ fancy we’re all helots. They take care of themselves and take care of their preferred mascots next (even if it makes no sense in any calculation derived from utilitarian consideration or natural rights).

If those associated with the movie are not repentant they will get to watch their creation on a continuous loop forever. A fitting hell for themselves.
*I re-read my comment, and it comes across as I’m wishing harm on other human beings. Not my intention. My intention is for God to intercede in undermining the production efforts of all involved. More like “I hope they all fail miserably in their roles on this project.”…or something close to that.
Philip agree – the same old question always come up when our Faith is attacked. I mean it’s said a million times, we all know what would happen if this was a movie which attacked the Muslim religion (you know how much I love the Muslim religion). But Christians must grin and bear. It’s getting weary.

I’m not convinced ‘mascots’ is the correct descriptor. I think it’s motivated by signalling fake virtue and fear of the disproportionate numbers of BIPOC career criminals and miscreants (It ain’t racist if it’s true.) And, of course, the typical liberal is not only an idiot. zhe is a coward who is all bluster and foam until you figuratively or literally grab zer by the throat.
Systemic racism. Blacks in ME, NH, VT are only one or two percent of the population. And, none has a black governor – RACISTS!
