There is a cost to freedom. Today is the Jewish Passover. Pharaoh found out the hard way, receiving due punishment for his tyranny. Likewise Xeres and the Persians at the hands of the Greeks. We will have to re-learn the lesson of 1776. As much as I wish it were not so, there is only one thing the Democrats fear. It was what Pharaoh feared and Xerxes after him. I don’t want this to happen, but there’s no other way. Let us pray to God we can avoid that fate and some miracle will happen to soften our Pharaoh’s harden heart.
