Did you know Mira Furman of Babylon 5 fame died on Jan 20th of this year? Better to remember her than Larry Flynt.

Furlan!
Hate this Android keyboard.
Yep, I know she died. We will have something special for her in this series down the road.
Vir is the “good Centauri.” See Season 3, “Sic Transit Vir,” where he is trying to save Narns.
The late Stephen Furst, who died far too young, did a magnificent job with Vir, creating a character who was both comedic and heroic, a hard combination to manage.

Chewed up by diabetes.
One of these days I will give this show a watch.
But man do I hate the Centari hair.
There’s a bit of fan apocrypha about the hair. Apparently Peter Jurasik (Londo) had his hair done that way as a goof. J. Michael Straczynski (the show creator) didn’t realize it was a joke and thought he was being serious about a look for the aliens. Since he was having enough trouble getting a cast together he decided to go along with it and said that it was the perfect look for an alien culture. In turn, Jurasik felt too embarrassed to say it was a joke at that point and they ended up shooting the pilot with that hair style. But both grew to like it afterwards.
I’ve never been able to track down quotes to show that this is actually what happened, but it’s possible.
