Easy to figure. Christian West and America bad. Country with massive potential consumer base good. As my boys noticed, if you convince Americans and Europeans that theirs is the most horrible and evil civilization in history, they won’t have any right to stand up to corporate interests aiming to cash in on countries like China or any others that are clearly not as bad as our civilization. But then Apple has been pretty open over the years about its ‘we’d throw America under the bus in a heartbeat if that’s where the money is’ philosophy.
Half our engineering documents for digital instrumentation and controls at neutrons ‘r us would have to be changed to remove and replace the terms master / slave and blacklist / whitelist. And everything would have to be resubmitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and re-approved by the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards.
But in the world of hell about which George Orwell wrote so prophetically (though he got his dates wrong), it is normal to use the force labor of the elderly, and women and children for goods and services while changing the “white misogynist patriarchal slave mentality” language of basic digital design. I am also told that mathematics is white male misogyny, and overtly patriarchal and racist. But these people always accuse of conservative Christians of denying science because we won’t accept the fiction of anthropogenic global warming (well, climate change, nowadays, because warming can no longer be demonstrated to be global in nature).
Truly I despise, loathe, abhor, detest, and hold in utter disdain and contempt these godless liberal progressive feminist “woke” persons of dubious and multi-faceted gender. Godless reprobate nitwits of idolatry and iniquity, the lot of them from Pope Francis and Joe Biden down to the lowliest Anti and BLM member.
LQC, Agreed. How in the world are we to speak of digital communications, monitoring and control without using the functional words master and slave? Worse, how about slave port?
