Two great actors, Kirk Douglas and Herbert Lom. Lom, born Herbert Charles Angelo Kuchacevich Schluderpacheru, was one of the busiest character actors of his time and one of the best. He could play any role, but he specialized in villains. His turn as Ben Yusuf in El Cid was memorable:

Lom had a long life which ended in 2012 at age 95. His films survive him.
