They are beneath contempt. They are of the devil.
“Well yes…”
Why is it the Left always claims to be able to read minds while they scold everyone else on being “judge mental “.
I have more respect for loansharks and pimps at this point.
At least they don’t dress up their abuse of people with claims of virtue.
The Vatican’s invocation of virtue is like watching a guy walking around a hog slaughterhouse randomly spritzing Febreze.
The Pope seems to have no problem with throwing faithful Catholics under the bus – whether in China or the US. His refusal to meet with Cardinal Zen is totally inexcusable – what is he afraid of? That he refused to meet with US Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo is just plain rude.
When we are asked to pray for the Pope’s intentions we should rightfully question what those intentions are. It is getting more difficult to pray for his intentions based on his actions.
Texdon:
“It is getting more difficult to pray for his intentions based on his actions.”
I passed that threshold quite some time ago. Based on his actions to date I do not trust the Pachamama pope’s intentions and cannot pray for them. I do pray for him to become faithful to Scripture and Tradition. Some prayers take perseverance.
I
@”It is getting more difficult to pray for [the Holy Father’s] intentions based on his actions.”
We should always pray for the Holy Father’s intentions. I look at it as our duty as faithful Christians. God will answer those prayers as He sees fit.
I only pray for the Holy Father’s “Holy” intentions and I am diligent in mentally inserting that word into all my daily papal prayers.
