Let’s charitably call them “senior moments.” It would be interesting to attempt to collate as much video of Biden having one of these moments and see if there’s a trend. I’m curious if he’s getting worse earlier in the day now than he was back in the spring.

I dunno. Not having seen the longer, contextual clip, it seems to me to (debatably) sound as if he’s paraphrasing in the midst of a larger point. That’s not a halting recitation.
There are plenty of true examples of Sleepy Joe’s mental decrepitude. If this is not an actual stumble, it hands fodder to the enemy to try to make gold from straw.
If a longer version is available, it would certainly lend substance one way or the other.
Yeah, I’d like to see the entire clip, also. Too many times, we see only short pieces that seem scandalous, and not a full length video that explains it all.
