No, unfortunately.  The current regime in China would have no interest in taking in the useless idiots of Antifa and Black Lives Matter.  They have more than enough slave laborers and their usefulness to the Chinese Communist Party ends once they are out of the US.  The people of Hong Kong on the other hand would be a gold mine of human capital to any nation lucky enough to get them.  Trump should announce a policy of permanent residence status to any Hong Kong man, woman or child who can, in any manner, get out of Hong Kong.  He should also remind the dying Communist dynasty that the well being of the people of Hong Kong is of prime importance to the United States.
