PopeWatch: Cupich

PopeWatch2-199x300-199x300-199x300

As if further evidence were needed as to how far to the left the Pope is:

In yet one more sign of his growing confidence in the archbishop of Chicago, Pope Francis appointed Blase Cupich to the Vatican Congregation for Bishops, the office that proposes candidates for the episcopacy.

Go here to read the rest.  Go here to read up on Cupich.  Pope Francis may be a disaster for the Church for decades to come, depending upon how long his reign is.  God help us in His mercy.

Yes, very bad. Can we do anything about this liberal madness in the Catholic Church? The wolves have taken over and the sheep are following enticed by liberal moral laxity. How long is God going to let this go on?

A very bad development which is becoming more real, more personal as Cupich will now have a powerful say as to who will be our next bishop in Arlington.

God will deal with Jorge Bergoglio and Blase Cupich just as He said he would in Ezekiel chapter 34. Those men have a day of reckoning ahead of them. They will answer for every word of blasphemy and heresy that they have uttered, and the accountability to which they will be held will be orders of magnitude greater than the accountability to which the sheep whom they have beguiled and deceived will be held. I have nothing but disgust and contempt for the both of them, and every liberal progressive Katholyck – clergy or laity – right along wiith them.

If ever a man were not competent to be a member of the Congregation of Bishops, that man would be Cupich.

Wherever he has been—Rapid City, Spokane, and now Chicago—his leadership has devastated vocations to the priesthood. His famous and mean-spirited lock-out of traditional Catholics from their church, while at Rapid City, right at the Easter Triduum, would have ended or at least tarnished seriously most aspiring churchmen’s careers (but appears to have drawn the admiring attention of PF to Cupich: they had Good Friday liturgy on the sidewalk in front of the church, certainly an embarrassment to Cupich, but no matter).

Rachel Klein, Timothy Radcliffe, Marcelo Sorondo -Sanchez, Hans Joachim Schnellenhuber, and now Cupich, all awarded key positions inside Va. congregations under this pontificate. We are going down, down, down.
