God forgive me I despise him and pray for him.
It seems to me this would have to also cover bars, restaurants, venues, etc. People have a God given right to assemble, and presumably a God given right to pass out food.
.
I pray the Mich Health Dept gets slapped down. Good and hard.
Also it should be noted that John “the Turncoat” Roberts voted with the liberal minority to try to limit religious attendance and abrogate the 1st amendment.
Yep. The most single significant thing Trump has done as President is his three Supreme Court appointments.
My main problem with this ruling is that four voted against it.
Wasn’t there a time when Roberts was pretty good? Am I remembering wrong? Does he just hate Trump that much or does someone have compromising pictures?
Roberts has been off the rails since 2012 when he found Obamacare to be a tax. Roberts has been playing his own game since then which has little to do with being a Supreme Cpurt Justice. Yeah, and he clearly despises Trump.
Roberts has two adopted children. Adopted from Latin America, but they appear to be of Irish ancestry.
Folks who court-watch better than I do noticed the most egregious unreliability started after it would be reasonable for documents to be found, or be produced and shown to him, with enough evidence to threaten the kids.

The blackmail rumor has never made a lot of sense to me since he has a lifetime appointment and the chances of having an adoption to a superbly connected family reversed would be minuscule. In any case, the kids are now 16 and no court would send them back to unknown bio parents. I am afraid that Roberts is just a slow motion Souter or he is a fundamentally weak character easily bullied by left wing pressure groups in the law and the media.
If they “discovered” the kids had been kidnapped as infants and sold to the Roberts? Much higher chance of them being handed off to strangers.
They did worse to that little girl whose bio-father did a vanishing act on her “oops, I’m pregnant” mother, then decided when the kid was a year old that he’d look mom up…ended up pulling her from the home she was adopted into at birth when she was school age.
Have it “discovered” that the “stolen” children went through Russia, oh isn’t it terrible, what a human trafficking heart-breaker of an event.
They were born (and adopted) in 2000, BTW.
I would not put it past people with a habit of attacking family members to try to get the kids removed from the country, simply because it would hurt.
Oh they could if such people exist and they would be laughed out of court. I have had cases similar to this and the bio parents were rejected out of hand by the courts. Roberts is enough of a lawyer to understand this as well as I do. If he were subject to blackmail the adoption of the kids almost certainly was not the target.
