Nice video which just came out on the Miracle on the Vistula in August 1920 in which Polish forces, supported by volunteers from many Western nations, including the US, defeated the Bolshevik invaders. I would note that the term Miracle on the Vistula is a contemporary one, many of the Polish participants attributing the victory to Mary. The Polish people prayed for a miracle and they received one. The saving grace for Man in this Vale of Tears is that God rarely leaves us to our own devices for long, no matter how much we might richly deserve to be.
