Well, she couldn’t have asked for better publicity:
InfoWars correspondent Millie Weaver and two others pleaded not guilty at a Monday arraignment in Portage County Common Pleas Court on felony charges including robbery that stem from an April altercation with Weaver’s mother, according to court records.
Portage County Common Pleas Court Judge Becky Doherty set Weaver’s bond at $20,000 and ordered her released on her own recognizance. Weaver’s boyfriend Gavin Wince and brother Charles Weaver pleaded not guilty to the same charges and were issued the same bond.
Go here to read the rest. Apparently all this stems from a fifty buck cell phone that Millie Weaver took from her Mom during a family altercation. I am stunned that this would result in felony charges. The most likely prosecutorial response to a request for criminal charges from such a minor matter would be two: 1. Are you crazy? 2. Mom should seek an order of protection if she is concerned about it. That this nothing burger of a dispute was transformed into a felony case suggests the following alternatives:
- Â A Barney Fife prosecutor pathetically eager to throw his weight around.
- That there is a personal animus against Weaver.
- That some very important people have it out for Millie Weaver due to what she has uncovered with her journalism.
Some supporters of Millie Weaver are alleging that she was arrested to deter her from releasing the Shadow Gate documentary below. I doubt it, but who knows in this crazy year. What I do know is that a felony prosecution for a typical family tiff is something I have not seen in 38 years in the law mines.

Between the courts, the media, and higher education, I’m at a loss to decide who is worse.
• The “altercation” happened in April.
• It was brought before a grand jury. We don’t know when that occurred. My personal experience of serving on one was that by the time we neared the end of our two week term, we were getting to items that occurred a week or so earlier and heard about on the news.
• The arrest warrant was issued July 22.
• She was arrested last Friday, August 14. That was four weeks later and the arresting officer didn’t have the warrant. He told her it was for burglary.
• Why the delay between all of the events in the timeline.
BTW, Portage County is squarely between Akron and Youngstown and just south east of Cleveland. All three are hotbeds of Democrat controlled corruption.
So, I watched her very disturbing video before it was removed a couple of days ago. Where is it now? Can it be posted on Rumble or some other site vs. youtub?
