Three thoughts: 1. I wonder if frontline NYPD officers will actually follow such instructions; 2. When he shuts down the subways he might have a bit more credibility; and 3. I bet he gets re-elected anyway.

Bolshevik Bill has a good ring to it, but I think Kaiser Wilhelm is more accurate.

The five counties around Albany, Ga. have had a death toll proportionately similar to that of the counties around New York City. The source of this was a pair of superspreader events held around 1 March. The events in question were well-attended funerals. People need to be very careful with this sort of thing.
