We sang Veni Emmanuel during Mass today at OLW. It is a beautiful song.

Interestingly, the guitar is plucked and not strummed. A guitar-playing friend of mine who also loves sacred music claims that if one is to play sacred music via the guitar, that (plucked) is the way to do it.
