So has anyone seen Downfall? Is it any good?
It’s not bad, but I appreciated it more as a historical recreation than for its worth as a film. Like most German films I thought the acting was sometimes a bit over the top.

Actually, I might have thought Carroll had a point if he had mentioned the fact that Mass. voters were willing to overlook the death of Mary Jo Kopeckne and Teddy’s adventures with waitresses for so many years – but apparently, in Carroll’s mind, the Royal Family is exempt from misogyny.
