In response to a person on Twitter who asked if the traditional American way of war is one of attrition, of grinding down an enemy by superior manpower and superior materiel:
Went into the hospital last month for an intestinal bacterial infection. Funny how a microscopic thing can remove all one’s strength. Nevertheless, God was merciful and the physicians competent. Workout log and the two machines with which I maintain a love / hate relationship are shown in the attached collage. Still was able to cardio walk 47 miles for the month, do 20 hours of weight lifting, bike 295 miles, and row 99.9 miles. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for good health, something we all too often take for granted.
