The US in the past ten years has grown its economy to be a third larger than the economy of the European Union, and the richest country in the European Union, Germany, has a gross domestic product per capita slightly less than Mississippi, the poorest State in the US. That the average America is richer than the average European is not a matter of debate.
What do you know? High taxes, high regulation and making it difficult to fire the lazy and incompetent, is not the path to national economic success.
Ironically, the profit motive in Capitalism ends up enriching everyone. But the envy motive in Socialism impoverishes everyone. Let a man keep what he earns and everyone prospers. Redistribute what a man earns and everyone sinks into poverty. Are you understanding this, Your Worthlessness? Or are you too busy in attending another photo opportunity with poor children whom you use as propaganda tools for socialism masqueraded as social justice?
