Well, it is a pleasant Saturday afternoon, not hot, breezy. I’m outside with my four Buff Orpington hens, having recently concluded the necessary grocery shopping. They just had a serving of Burger King fries and a piece of bread.

A two week break from work, the last one I will take, began yesterday afternoon. I was taking my son to a friend’s house to go swimming. We stopped at Chick Fil A. Upony exiting the parking lot, a van was backing up and nearly hit my car. I laid on the horn….too long for the hurt feelings of the Millenial/Gen Z driver, who felt compelled to step out of his van and scream at me. For about five seconds, I let the frustrations of the past two years out and called him everything but a white man. Having your car totaled by a hit and run semi driver will do that.

A month ago, I was depressed and despondent…about losing my job, my mom, my brat 18 year old who should have graduated high school.

Not today. I am looking forward to the end of my time in my job. I want tht year of severance and paid health insurance. I want to put my employer behind me permanently. I will start taking from one of my pension funds after I am let go. The other fund, a defined contribution…I will withdraw a sum equal to two debts to pay them off and leave the rest of the balance alone. If I can work part time for a home improvement store or a warehouse club, that will beat what I’m doing now.

Last but not least, I have returned to Daily Mass and prayer. It certainly has not hurt.

Tomorrow morning I’m going to make Belgian waffles and use some of the eggs out of our stash. Tomorrow dinner will be New York Strip steaks on the grille, corn on the cob and a big salad….lettuce, tomatoes, celery, asparagus, baby carrots, avocado, a hard boiled egg and croutons.

Ah Buff Orpingtons – “the golden retriever of chickens” great birds.

Penguins Fan,
today i discovered three large spacious wooded full hookup (50A/water/sewage) rv campsites in a beautiful park with fields and trails… speaking with a retired school teacher staying there the rv sites are free, yes free… it seems that as long as you agree to volunteer to maintain the park (rest room cleaning / visitor center a few days a week) your stay is free, yes free.. April to October… then she moves South at another volunteer site for the winter..incredible. i may need to rethink things… cheer up.

Change of topic….just happened across a video about the SSPX ordaining bishops without the blessing of the Pope.

Franly, I’m tired of the canon law that states only the Pope can ordain a bishop. That law is only about 100 years old. That means, for centuries, the Pope did not have to ordain or approve every bishop.

Great outlook, Penguins Fan. I was let go twice in my career and determined after that to never be dependent on any employer.

You are right: From a different viewpoint, ending an employment is absolutely freeing. God speed.

In other news.

More free-fall news from Detroit Arch. Soon, under Designated Decline Manager (DDM) Weisenburger, 90 parishes may no longer have even Sunday Masses. The number of Detroit Archdiocese priests, presently approximately 230, is expected to drop to 130 by 2034 due to retirements.

Fr. John Amore,, explaining the coming decisions: “ [This is] as we look at just retirement, the age of men currently serving in our parishes, and then as we look at the number of men entering seminary,” he said.

“As for attendance at Mass, he said reorganization would seek to have churches filled with 200-300 or even 400 people at Sunday mass instead of 20 or 30 spread out across more than 200 churches.”

Meaning a lot of Detroit Arch churches currently only have about 20-30 people attending even Sunday Mass. (Of course that excludes the previous handful of TLM church Masses which were wildly attended before the Weisenburger took over and closed them down. As Designated Decline Manager.

I now know a “DD” degree for a bishop means “Designated Decline.”

The malevolent Keir Starmer is departing office. Without a doubt, his successor’s program will be ‘better messaging’.

What’s dismaying to me is how little resistance there is in the occidental world to atrocious political elites. It appears right now that a quarter to a third of the public various places (Britain, Australia, Germany) have had enough of mass importation of truculent foreigners conjoined to the suppression of dissent and the harassment of the non-exotic working class.. In France and Austria, the share is higher (approaching 40%), in Scandinavia and the Low Countries, lower.

The Bishop is the Ordinary of the diocese.
God created Adam and Eve as normal. God said that it is very good.
All souls are created in original innocence. (God does not make evil). Souls created in original innocence are endowed with free will, intellect (reason), sovereign personhood (in the image and likeness of God, WHO is sovereign). Without any taint of sin or darkness, fully in original innocence, the soul has fully informed consent.
The Perpetual Virgin Mary with fully informed consent of her will in original innocence chose to do God’s will perfectly. Therefore, Mary’s virginity is before all ages outside of time in eternity as “normal” as the Bishops are “Ordinary”.
Before all ages in eternity sovereign persons (souls) must choose to do God’s will perfectly or serve the devil.
For man to choose to serve the devil in eternity even before conception causes man to be abnormal.
The soul is the form of the body. Whoever the soul chooses to serve, God or the devil, man’s body will conform to it’s soul, the source of life and form.
Therefore to choose to serve the devil makes the soul abnormal since the soul is the image and likeness of God.

Only Mary who chose to serve God perfectly is the normal sovereign person from God’s creation of Mary’s soul, through her Immaculate
Conception, through her Assumption into Heaven. Mary’s Immaculate Conception derives from her choice to do God’s will perpetually for all eternity.
Jesus Christ gives sinful man Himself, Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity through His Sacred Heart to retrieve man from his bad choices. Saint Thomas Aquinas said that two miracles happen at Transubstantiation. First the bread and wine are changed into the Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ and secondly the Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ are veiled under the appearances and man’s perception of the bread and wine.
Jesus Christ, true God and true man, lives the Sacraments to show sinful man the way to God, our Father.

On being amusing:
Godzilla, (the man in the big rubber suit, according to my son) was burning Tokyo with his atomic breath…the toothpaste ad came on for cleaner, fresher breath… that works for me.
May God bless and keep you all.

All immigrants good, bad and illegal must take an oath to uphold the Constitution…or be removed. This must apply to all countries. Those fighting ICE must take the oath as well or be removed.

Saying “people that” instead of “People WHO” denies their metaphysical soul, their sovereign personhood, their human dignity, their human identity and all endowed by their Creator, all civil rights entailed by Free will, Reason and Freedom in our immortal human soul.
It is WHO “We, the people” are.

Saying “people WHO” instead of “People that” acknowledges their metaphysical soul, their sovereign personhood, their human dignity, their human identity and all endowed by their Creator, all civil rights entailed by Free will, Reason and Freedom in our immortal human soul.
It is WHO “We, the people” are.
“…And for the support of this Declaration with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence…” the “WHO” of “I AM WHO I AM” God’s Holy Name.
Our Founding Fathers believed in our immortal human soul and our Creator WHO created our human soul immortal and free.
So, why can’t we?
Freedom.

When Jesus appeared to Sister Faustina, He said: “You do not know what a “horror” you are” (loosely quoted) but Christ used the word “horror”
The Catholic Church calls us “sinners”
When we realize ourselves we will repent.
Like her Son, Jesus Christ, Mary suffered with us and for us.

Now, the funnies:
Students at the agricultural college were asked: From where does chocolate milk come? From brown cows. They answered.
From where does electricity come? The students answered: From the wall.
Another time the students were asked: Should we ban hydrogen oxide? The students answered Yes. Let us ban H2O
