Pope Bob would rather eat ground glass than say a word against “The Religion of Peace” and its more frenzied adherents.

I don’t even know what to say to this. Other than I’m sure the Popesplainers just got signed to another long-term contract.

“Read this…” can’t see this Pope objecting to anything -told to read.

Working hard to prove that popes are only infallible when speaking on faith and morals, ex cathedra.

Have previous popes done terror recaps?

I’m not sure what you mean by “recap”, but most every Pope asks the faithful to pray for the victims of recent terror attacks.

… But Islamic brutality is a 1400-year-old problem. Sooo last millennium! The Church needs to talk about more relevant issues!

When I worked and traveled in SE Asia, we had a number of ex-pats from the US and EU countries who had “gone native” in an effort to ingratiate themselves to the locals. It only caused them to lose credibility with both groups.

It’s an international crowd. Should he only list terrorist attacks in Italy, or worldwide? Earthquake victims too? Wars and gang violence?

If he fails to do a complete news report, does that mean he doesn’t care?

In 2013, just days after a mass grave of Christian ISIS victims was discovered in the Mosul valley, Iraq, Pope Francis was given a softball question by his adoring press. The reporter asked him what the greatest evil threatening the world today was. The Pope’s answer? “Teen unemployment“.

… I guess enough of the teens must’ve got jobs since then, because today it’s AI … far worse than the predictably tragic results of the mass islamic immigration ¡Lio! constantly scolds the west for not embracing enthusiastically enough.

Also, the nicknames Pope Bob and ¡Lio! are disrespectful. If a Protestant used them, I’d disassociate myself from him.

Mohammed promised men 72 virgins in heaven. Mohammed neglected to mention that men in heaven are virgins as well.

“His face” looks more like a comments section. Although there was the time recently when you criticized him on Twitter direct to his account, when you got the definition of presumption wrong. And you can’t really believe that the non-incident in the article merits disrespect, unless you’re approaching him with disrespect.

Is it possible your calibration is off?

Objection! Inadmissable, irrelevant, uncharitable and overly prejudicial!

wish it were as well…

The “Yes-Man” Trap: Flatterers build an echo chamber. By telling the leader they are infallible or universally loved, they encourage overconfidence and poor decision-making.
Loss of Moral Compass: The purpose of spiritual leadership is often to challenge the status quo, speak truth to power, and correct wrongs. If advisors only flatter, the leader may lose touch with the needs and suffering of the broader community.
Historical Precedent: Throughout history, popes and monarchs who surrounded themselves with flatterers rather than truth-tellers have often led their institutions into scandal, political isolation, or doctrinal conflict.

Mohammed told his followers that they would have 72 virgins in heaven. He did not tell them that they too would be virgins.
Muslims reverence the Blessed Virgin. She will bring peace to Nigeria.
