The thing you should never ever do in a situation where a wild animal is looking you over is RUN.. because that answers the question.
Tis food!!!!
(people killed by mountain lions are usually guilty of advertising without realizing it… jogging…bicycling.. ect)
Yep, stand your ground and give no sign of fear. If you must back away, do it slowly and casually with an air of complete mastery.
Yup. How hungry am I? How weak do you appear to be.?
The coyotes around here are very curious animals. They’re always stopping and looking at me and sometimes allow me to get quite close. I’m thinking someone might be feeding them.
This lesson is true with human predators like militant terrorist Islamists, Latino and Russian drug lords, inner city gangster thugs, communists of any stripe, etc. Look at what happened to Iryna Zarutska when confronted by a predator on a train here in Charlotte, NC. The only thing a human predator understands is when his prey avails herself of her 2nd Amendment rights.
Natural selection. I’m coming around to the view that coyotes, not humans, will win.
