Apparently didn’t listen to his own advice which makes him a hypocrite.
Perhaps, although I assume his response would be that he thought hard before starting each war. An easy assumption to make since Bismarck, as far as I can discern, thought hard about everything. That of course does not mean that he necessarily reached the correct conclusion.
All three wars were quite brief, though the last had an astonishing death toll from ancillary causes.
