Note they were doing this during the first Trump administration. They thought they were invulnerable and would be protected by higher ups. Long term they thought wrong.

I’ll be the first to state the obvious: there are only women in these pictures.
“The West is in decline due to the promotion of “suicidal empathy” and flawed ideologies, such as multiculturalism and identity politics, which are eroding its core values and leading to societal instability.”
Gad Sadd
Women, being naturally more empathetic, are more susceptible to suicidal empathy. Also women have only in recent history been in positions of power. Consider that if I said this at work I’d be fired -by the most powerful department in the company which is also dominated by women..
HR.
Add in thousands and thousands of childless women looking to “mother” from positions of power and you have a recipe for disaster.
By “20” it means “20 in one hour, with hundreds more to come,” correct? Because that is necessary and shouldn’t have taken 9 months, IMO.
Granted, I’m sure the rot goes far down to make even this somewhat of a triumph all things being equal. But as Michael Knowles has been saying, “the consequences will continue until behavior improves.”
And yes, women need to be phased out of law enforcement at all levels. A generational project, but eradicating feminism or at least seriously mitigating its effects will be one of the necessary conditions of our civilization continuing.
The notion that blacks going about their daily business are endangered by (white) police officers or by private citizens defending themselves with firearms is malicious sociological nonsense. “Black Lives Matter” actually means black impunity; it is an enraged objection to the notion that blacks are subject to the authority of deplorables like police officers and that deplorables like George Zimmerman can defend themselves with lethal force when they are attacked by black hoodlums. Any police officer who subscribes to it is facially unfit to hold the position they do.

Recruitment and promotion in protective services should be based on demonstrated skills, attitude, and a capacity for leadership. If you want an effective organization, you don’t gut the recruitment standards and take any shlub and you don’t promote on the basis of seniority or on the basis of political patronage. If we’re not stupid, women in protective services meet the same standards as their male counterparts or they join auxilliary forces where technical skills they have may be to the advantage of the organization but where they are not expected to fulfill all the functions a soldier or a police officer or a fireman may be asked to fill. One pernicious aspect of DEI has been the madcap effort to pump up the number of women working in protective services by gutting standards generally or imposing systematic differentials in what is expected of women in the services.

That’s reasonable. Award the auxiliary roles based on the ability of the individual. Not on race, gender or ideology.
There will always be exceptions to the rules. Inspector Amy Scott shot dead a man who stabbed 16 people and killed 6, in a shopping centre attack by a mentally ill man April 2024. He was confronted by multiple men who couldn’t restrain him. Yet this police woman ran in and shot him dead without hesitation in her words knowing “he was probably going to kill me”. Some women are brave because some men are not.

Were the multiple men armed?
Inspector Scott did what she was supposed to do. And the man learned the hard way that “you don’t bring a knife to a gunfight”.
Taking a knee is one way to get the people trained to be globalist serfs ruled over by a top down globalist oligarchy. Turning free citizens into globalist serfs is the real great replacement. Government of the politburo, by the politburo, for the politburo with corrupting concentrations of power. Chairman Xi and the CCP as aspirational role models.
“Were the multiple men armed?”
No. They were regular civilians. Why would they be.
5 of the 6 casualties were female, and a male security guard. One of those injured of the 16 was the 9 month old daughter of one of the casualties. He was specifically targeting female shoppers.
Yes. She did what she was trained to do actually. She was the only police officer who entered the shopping centre to stop him or more people would have died. The other male police officers were outside on their walkie talkies. And there’s been a public enquiry into that.
So to the exception to the comments that:
“Women, being naturally more empathetic, are more susceptible to suicidal empathy.”
and..
“women need to be phased out of law enforcement at all levels.”
She was empathetic enough to go in there and thank the Lord she wasn’t phased out of law enforcement because she’s a girl.
