That is what happens when you have a Peronist Pope with a mean temper.

Bergoglio is gone and he’s not coming back.
TBTG.
My mother could spot his nastiness early in his pontificate through some of the things he did like slapping the hand of someone that reached to him. She loved Saint John Paul II but didn’t like bergoglio. Something like my wife was uncanny in spotting gay priests. Even though I denied it at the time they were both right.
The early tip-off for me was his shaming an altar boy for keeping his hands together.
“What’s a matter? Are your hands are stuck together? Ha ha ha.”
That was his first week in his pontificate, if I’m not mistaken.
I tried to just brush off the weird feeling and mark it off as a strange humor of his, but time proved his dislike for the traditional aspects of Holy Catholic Church.
I seldom disagree with Damian Thompson, but I’m going to have to take exception to his comment that we shouldn’t blame our bishops for choosing to keep silent when Rome decides to persecute faithful Catholics in those bishops’ flocks.
I blame any so-called shepherd who abandons sheep to the wolves because defending them might result in unpleasantness for himself. These people were faithful Catholics, counting on their bishops to lead and defend them— and with only a few exceptions those cowardly bishops cut and ran. So yes, I blame them.
When Jorge spoke before Congress in 2013 (I think), receiving Democrat adulation and applause for condemning capital punishment, but saying nothing about abortion, I knew he was heterodox. No more Marxist Peronist Caudillos!
The damage done by Bergoglio will last generations. It will be as bad for the Church as the sodomites.
LQC:
The murderer is a citizen of the state and therefore brings himself to Justice. The murderer is executed through his own power of attorney.
To deny Capital punishment is to deny free will and choice and become a cog in the state…a non person.
